Kasey’s Diary is an inspiring and intriguing bestseller by 12-year-old Cameroonian British Author from Liverpool that inspires young children to be confident and true to themselves…not giving in to peer pressure, bullying, and/ or challenging circumstances they encounter at school and at home.

 The story is based on a teenage girl called Kasey. She experiences everyday changes and challenges, just like an ordinary girl, and it inspires young girls (and boys as well to be better.

Kasey Anderson is a prominent character and positive role model in Latoya’s first book, Short Stories by Latoya Likambi. This time, she has returned with a whole new adventure! But a twist is added: her self-esteem has dropped significantly … way down to the bottom of the esteem-meter. Nevertheless, her future depends on herself; if her self-esteem increases, then she will inevitably be the best she can be! Are you or your children familiar with this? Here’s the most interesting bit… Alongside the book launch, this young Liverpool author is taking a step further to reach out and hold the hands of the many other inspiring and gifted children out there, (including yours), so they could walk, run, and soar together to greater heights, maximizing their greatest gifts, strengths and full potential – leaving no stone unturned! She is launching a new Cutting-Edge Transformational project to inspire young children to unleash their creative genius and thrive to greater heights— living their best lives ever while inspiring other children.

Now all this will take place in LIVERPOOL!

Latoya Likambi is a very creative, strong-minded, and a visionary young girl, with a vision bigger than the world she sees in front of her. She is grounded by her profound Christian foundation and family values; and believes that she and every child out there is a unique creation of God, with very unique and exceptional/ creative abilities and potential to add value to the world and make it a much better place.

She is the author of Short Stories by Latoya Likambi. While in primary school, she won various awards as the best writer of the week and month, got an inspiring Poem of hers published in A Liverpool Talented Writer’s book when she was 8, and has been a reading ambassador and school counselor for her primary school and is currently a school counselor in her school. She has read over 350+ books to date.

She is very passionate about fine art and design and is currently working on her own clothing line and her next book on women’s rights, due to be published by August 2019.

Latoya is highly inspired by her mum, Dr. Sylvia Forchap-Likambi, Jacqueline Wilson, and Rachel Renee Russell; and hopes to write a series of books that will be available to read in schools across the country and abroad.
